Whether you need a picture hung or a major capital project, our staff will evaluate your service requests and determine how to best meet your needs. This Project Request Form is the single point of contact to submit a request for several kinds of projects:
Management Fees effective July 1, 2009 (fee structure).
* $500 project planning fee applies to these requests
| Capital Plan Projects | To be used for initiating projects approved in the University's Capital Plan. |
| R&R Requests (FOD Use Only) | This is for internal FOD use only. |
| Real Estate | For requesting real estate consultative services or initiating action needed to purchase real estate, or for assistance with site selection, real estate valuation, property management, or other real estate activities. If you need additional or new space, or want to lease space to others you must submit a Space Request Form. FOD/Real Estate is an Earnings Unit and will charge a fee for services provided. Charges for services rendered are made according to an approved University fee schedule. |
| Renovate or Upgrade Space* | For requesting renovation work for space that is already in your department or unit inventory. Renovation work includes new paint, reconfiguration of space, finish upgrades, adding or removing walls, changing the room function, adding or removing utilities, etc. A cost estimate will be prepared as part of the processing of this request type. Note: A project planning fee of $500 will be charged. |
| Requests for Signage | Signage Requests--Interior, Commemorative Plaques, Building Directories, Studies |
| Signage Request - Exterior | For all exterior signage requests. |
| Space Request | For new, additional, or replacement ASF (assignable square feet), not currently in your inventory or to relinquish space currently assigned to you. This could include on- and off-campus space, space owned by Ohio State, and/or space owned by non-Ohio State entities. Some of the options to satisfy your request for space may involve additional costs or fees. |
| Study Request* | For any type of study, such as a feasibility study for a building renovation or new facility; for an engineering/technical study; for a physical planning study, such as a master plan, land use, or study of a specific geographic area or physical campus issue. Note: A project planning fee of $500 will be charged. |
