The Framework is a structure for guiding change over time, ensuring the academic mission drives the physical environment, and connecting ideas and information to implementation. It covers the full spectrum of university activity: academics and research, residential life, the medical center, arts and culture, athletics and recreation, the river and open space, transportation and parking, energy and infrastructure, and sustainability. The Framework consists of principles, a long-term vision, scenarios, tools, and process recommendations.
