Design, Construction, and Project Delivery
Design and Construction (FDC) oversees campus design, construction and renovation projects; technical support services and building design standards. FDC staff includes project delivery teams, technical services and project controls services. This unit is led by University Architect Bernard Costantino.

FDC's design and construction services support the delivery and management process to ensure successful and timely projects. It coordinates closely with the University Architect, University Landscape Architect, and the University Engineer in FOD Administration.
