Culture Shaping

The overall goal of the Staff Engagement Program is to develop a self-motivated workforce and a strong customer service culture.

 

There are many components of the staff engagement program:

  1. 1. Culture: Motivating, Coaching, Mentoring, Peformance Management, Recognition, Core Values (PRITA), Rules of Engagement
  2. 2. Training and Orientation
  3. 3. FOD Advocacy Council (consolidation of Diversity Council/Staff Advisory)
  4. 4. Recruitment/Retention | Wellness | Godman Guild, Columbus State and General Outreach
  5. 5. Town Hall Meetings
  6. 6. Labor Management Committee
  7. 7. Communications | Print & Post, People & Place, website
