Culture Shaping
The overall goal of the Staff Engagement Program is to develop a self-motivated workforce and a strong customer service culture.
There are many components of the staff engagement program:
- 1. Culture: Motivating, Coaching, Mentoring, Peformance Management, Recognition, Core Values (PRITA), Rules of Engagement
- 2. Training and Orientation
- 3. FOD Advocacy Council (consolidation of Diversity Council/Staff Advisory)
- 4. Recruitment/Retention | Wellness | Godman Guild, Columbus State and General Outreach
- 5. Town Hall Meetings
- 6. Labor Management Committee
- 7. Communications | Print & Post, People & Place, website
