Cell Phone Allowance
If you use your personal cell phone for FOD business, you could be eligible for a monthly taxable allowance. Fill out the form and submit it to your Senior Director for approval. If both your Senior Director and the Associate Vice President determine that you qualify for this allowance, the approved form will be routed to FOD Human Resources and will be processed for the next monthly pay period. Note that your personal cell phone number will be published in the public FOD Phone Directory.
