Repair & Renovation
Repair and renovation (R&R) funds are used for maintenance and repairs to public areas of buildings and grounds, including HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, elevators, class bells, fire alarms, roofs, window replacements, masonry work, painting, plazas and road/sidewalk repair.
Repair and renovation funds cannot be used for maintenance or custodial contracts, equipment purchase or rental, software, travel or training. To determine whether a project would be considered repair and renovation, review the process and form.
