Learning Center
FOD’s organizational development specialists consult with managers to assess the learning needs of their workgroup. Trainers facilitate individual and workgroup learning on safety, supervision, leadership development, administrative skills, new employee orientation, change management, team-building, skilled trades and other topics. Custom curricula can be designed to support special projects.
