Planning and Real Estate (PARE) supports the university’s real estate and property management needs and provides capital, master, space and renewal and deferred maintenance planning on main campus and regional campuses. PARE also provides campus signage services. PARE is led by Senior Director Tom Tearney.

PARE supports FOD’s R&DM efforts, one of the department’s 9 Strategic Programs.

- Evaluate and prioritize deferred maintenance needs
- Plan for reducing backlog of deferred maintenance
- Plan & monitor need for and use of Maintenance and Renewal (M&R) funds
