Woodruff to close at night for tree planting

Beginning Monday, November 14, and continuing through November, Woodruff Avenue will close at night between Tuttle Park Place and College Road (excluding weekends and Thanksgiving).

The closures will begin at 10 p.m. (Monday through Friday) and will reopen the following morning at 6 a.m. Traffic (including buses) will be rerouted during the nightly closures.

These projects, some of the first initiatives of the One University Framework Plan, will enhance the pedestrian environment & promote pedestrian safety, simplify roadway alignment, upgrade the utility infrastructure, and address deferred maintenance.
