FOD All-STAR ... Special Thanks Award Recipient

The All-STAR program is an instant recognition program for FOD employees.

How It Works | Each FOD employee is provided an All-STAR badge, with space for 25 gold All-STAR stickers. When employees fill a badge, they can cash it in for a $10 Kroger or Target gift card (limit of 2 per quarter) and start all over with a new badge. Of those who have redeemed a badge that quarter, a random drawing will be held for one employee to receive an additional $200.

Why Give Someone a Sticker? | To simply say " thank you" or "good job" or "congratulations" for excellent customer service, mentoring a new employee, suggesting a cost-savings idea, completing a training program, showing willingness to adapt, submitting ideas for process improvement, having perfect attendance, complimenting a coworker, being a positive influence, going out of the way to help someone, completing a project, smiling ... and more.
