District 2 Leader Mark French
Mark rejoined FOD in October 2008 after a two-year departure as Facility Engineering Manager with OSUMC. With more than 15 years of Ohio State experience, he brings a wealth of organizational knowledge, having served in several university leadership roles. He will receive his bachelor's in Applied Management in spring 2008, complementing his Facility Management degree.
Zone 1 Leader Jeff Thornhill
Jeff spent 7.5 years in Operations at the Jerome Schottenstein Center, supervising the installation of all athletic- and event-related equipment. For the past 3.5 years at the OSU College of Medicine, he was Operations Manager for research support and liaison for FOD. He was actively involved with the opening of the Biomedical Research Tower. Jeff has a bachelor’s in Arts & Sciences from Ohio State, and his certifications include Staging & Theatrical Rigging and Columbus City High Rise Fire Safety Director.

Zone 2 Leader Chris Kellar
Chris joined FOD in July 2005 as a coordinator for Planning and Scheduling and moved to Operations as a Building Maintenance Superintendent 2 for the Oval Shop in December 2006. He spent 20+ years in the U.S. Navy and has an associate degree in Military Studies from Hawaii Pacific University.

Zone 3 Leader Scott Wilson
Scott joined FOD in July 1998 as a Maintenance Repair Worker 1 and became a Building Maintenance Superintendent 1 for the 12th Avenue Shop in October 2005. He holds a journeyman’s card in HVAC and teaches 3rd-year HVAC classes for Associated Builders & Contractors.

Zone 4 Leader Paul Walsh
Paul was Facilities Administrator for the City of Westerville for 3 years and has been Director of Parks and Recreation for Reynoldsburg since January 2002. He has served on the Reynoldsburg Visitors and Community Activities Bureau and on the Reynoldsburg Economic Development team. He is the past president and member of the Board of Governors for the OSU Marching Band Alumni. Paul holds a bachelor’s in Natural Resources from Ohio State.
