Below are parking and transportation plans for staff who work in the Wexner Medical Center area during home football Saturdays. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, allow additional travel time and follow the directions of traffic control officers in this area.
Parking
- Third-Shift Staff Parking on Friday Evenings (before a Home Football Saturday)
- Third-shift staff with West Campus permits arriving after 6 p.m. on Friday should park in the 9th Avenue West Garage.
- Garage gates will be raised at 6 p.m. to allow vehicles to enter the garage.
- Staff holding permits with garage access may continue to park in any available staff garage.
- Staff Parking on Home Football Saturdays
- Staff arriving on Saturday should park in the 9th Avenue West Garage.
- Staff holding permits with garage access may continue to park in any available staff garage.
- Staff parked in any garage other than the 9th Avenue West Garage after 11:59 p.m. on Saturdays are responsible for payment of hourly fees upon exit, if their access keycard does not normally grant access to the garage that the vehicle is parked in.
- You must present a valid CampusParc access keycard for garage entry, regardless of your final destination. Staff unable to present an access keycard will be required to pay the nonrefundable event rate.
CABS Service
Med Center Express, Overnight On Demand Service - The Med Center Express and the Overnight On Demand service will not operate from 12:30 a.m. on Saturday through 12:30 a.m. on Sunday. The Overnight On Demand service will be available starting at 12:30 a.m. on Sunday. The Med Center Express will resume normal operations at 5 a.m. on Sunday. Staff who work on Friday evenings before a home football Saturday and home football Saturdays in the Wexner Medical Center area should visit OneSource for additional parking information.
