Kristin Poldemann has been named one of the most influential leaders in Columbus as part of the "Columbus Business First" Power 100 list. Poldemann is the senior director of projects for Facilities Operations and Developent's Design and Construction group. In her role, she leads a $3.5 billion portfolio of “Time and Change” projects to build the campus of the future, catalyzing the achievement of Ohio State’s strategic plan and Framework 2.0 through state-of-the-art facilities for teaching, learning and research.
Poldemann oversees the Time and Change construction projects, including:
- The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Inpatient Hospital
- Interdisciplinary Health Sciences Center
- Interdicisplinary Research Facility
- Outpatient Care West Campus
- Outpatient Care New Albany
- Outpatient Care Dublin
She manages a team of 10 project managers and 30+ indirect reports, all proving integral to bringing 10 projects from ideation through timely, cost-effective and in-scope execution.
