Beginning Monday (3/9) early morning and continuing through Friday (3/13) late afternoon, 11th Avenue east of Neil Avenue will be closed for utility work. Access to the 11th Avenue Garage will be maintained. Pedestrians continue to be detoured to the north sidewalk.
