Northwest Parking Garage - June 11

The Northwest Parking Garage will be closed from June 11 to mid-August for interior painting and waterproofing (phase 2). Additional parking is available at the Tuttle Park Place Parking Garage.

19th Avenue - June 11

To start construction of the Chemical Biomolecular Engineering and Chemistry Building, parking along 19th Ave. will be removed and lane restrictions will be in place, beginning June 11. Arrangements are in process to relocate displaced parking spaces to alternative locations.

Cannon Drive - June 11

Cannon Drive - just north of Morrill Tower - will close beginning Monday, June 11, through mid-August, for the continuation of steam and condensate trench construction. Vehicular access to the parking lots will be maintained. Work is sequenced to coincide with with the closure of the Cannon Drive & Woody Hayes intersection to limit the impact.

Hagerty Drive - June 18

Road repair on Hagerty is scheduled to begin June 18. One-lane, two-way traffic will be maintained throughout various sections during the construction process. Deliveries and trash collection will be maintained on as regular a schedule as possible. Contact the project manager for additional coordination.

From June 18-25, Orton's wheelchair access will be blocked. The ADA Coordinator's office suggests that, if you have business in Orton, please contact the individual or Orton office to arrange an alternate location or time.  If you have questions, please contact the ADA Coordinator, 292-6207.

• Phase 1 - map - June 18 - July 5 ... Parking north of Orton Hall will be closed.
• Phase 2 - map - July 6-19 ... Parking south of Orton Hall will be closed.
• Phase 3 - map - July 23 - August 17 ... Parking west of Orton Hall will be closed.

12th Avenue - June 11

12th Ave. will be closed (between Neil and College) from June 11-17 to connect the South Oval geothermal well field to the new mechanical plant located underground between Park and Stradley.
