More than a year has passed since Mark Conselyea took over as associate vice president for Facilities Operations and Development (FOD) on January 1, 2019.
Looking back on his first year at the helm, Conselyea reflected on what he’s learned and on his vision for the future:
“It has been a great year, and it has gone by very quickly. I’ve spent a lot of time this past year learning and listening, particularly when I’ve been able to visit shops and shadow staff. I’ve also tried to quickly understand what FOD’s goals were for this past year. I was looking to understand our priorities, where we are aligned, and where we might have gaps.
"I’m looking forward to April’s annual staff meeting where I can share our accomplishments and some thoughts about the future. More importantly, I can continue to gather information from staff on priorities for the future.”
