The new Smartsheet calendar for summer cleaning will be shared with college contacts in the coming days. We are implementing a more streamlined process that allows colleges to actively participate in scheduling and approving the dates for floor refinishing and carpet cleaning in labs, offices, lobbies, hallways, stairwells, etc.. This approach is intended to improve efficiency while providing greater convenience for our customers.
In the near future, we will be scheduling review and training sessions for both staff and college contacts, and we will work closely with college leadership to identify any additional participants or training needs. We will pilot the calendar with the College of Engineering.
