FOD Service Call Work Orders(WO) status response time goals

  • Immediate Response – Staff dispatched within 2 hours
  • Urgent – 24-hour response
  • Routine – 72-hour response
  • Date Specific – discussion with requestor, scheduled based on date requested if feasible

These are response time goals; we dispatch staff to triage and correct the issue. The WO completion times may be extended if parts, shutdowns, or contracted services, etc. are required to remediate the issue. The above are examples of the metric measuring completion times and response times to work orders.
