Help make a positive impact on the environment and free up space during the plastic pot recycling event that runs from July 24 through July 28. Facilities Operations and Development (FOD) and the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences (CFAES) are teaming up to collect your unwanted plant pots and trays so that they can be recycled. Help keep material out of the landfill and promote sustainable gardening practices like reuse.
Event Details:
- Date: Monday, July 24 – Friday, July 28
- Location: Laundry Building roll-off dumpster (east side of building), 2560 Kenny Road
- Instructions: Pots must be free of soil, brushed out and stacked neatly inside the roll-off for easy collection.
- Please Note: Step-by-step signage will be posted. The drop-off site will not be staffed.
