From Monday (12/16) early morning through Monday (12/23) late afternoon, 10th Avenue – south of Prior Hall, Fry Hall, and Starling-Loving Hall – will experience rolling lane restrictions to accommodate utility work. Eastbound traffic and access to Fry Hall will be maintained. The north sidewalk will be closed, and pedestrians will be detoured to the south sidewalk. Alternate ADA parking is available on the south side of the street and within the parking area at Starling-Loving Hall.
