Lane restrictions will be in place on 12th Avenue to accommodate utility work. Two-way traffic will be maintained. Pedestrians will be detoured to the north sidewalk.
- Phase 1 - the area north of Doan Hall - May 4-11, during the evenings and overnight
- Phase 2 - the area north of Postle Hall - May 12 through June 1, early morning through late afternoon daily
