Beginning Monday (11/25) early morning and continuing through Tuesday (11/26) late afternoon, 18th Avenue, east of College Road, will be reduced to one lane, but two-way traffic will be maintained. The south entrance/exit of Arps Garage will be reduced to one lane in each direction. Traffic control officials will be on-site to direct traffic accordingly. Motorists should allow additional time for travel in the area.
