Beginning Wednesday (11/11) early morning through Saturday (11/14) early evening, the southwest corner of Neil Ave. and 12th Ave. will experience lane restrictions to replace the sidewalk and handicap ramps. Signage will detour pedestrians to the north sidewalk.
