On Tuesday (3/30), from early morning through late afternoon, Tuttle Park Place south of Neil Avenue will experience lane restrictions for utility work conducted by the City of Columbus. Traffic control officials will facilitate traffic through the intersection, and pedestrians will be directed to the north crosswalk.
