On Thursday (2/18) between early morning to mid afternoon, crews will be conducting soil samplings in the plaza behind The Blackwell, with equipment, measuring 6' by 14', traveling from one location to the next. Access to The Blackwell will be accommodated via the west entrance on Tuttle Park Place.
