Beginning Monday (4/15) and continuing through September, workers will restore the north façade of The Blackwell, near Tuttle Park Place, closing the south sidewalk of Neil Avenue. Pedestrians will be detoured to the north side of Neil Avenue and are reminded to exercise caution in and around construction areas.
