Beginning Monday (6/10) early morning and continuing through Tuesday (6/11) late afternoon, there will be intermittent and temporary lane restrictions in front of The Blackwell impacting the right turn lane of northbound Tuttle Park Place. Motorists will be able to turn right onto Neil Ave. For the duration of construction, pedestrians will be detoured to the west sidewalk. The lane restrictions will allow for the offloading and onloading of construction equipment.
