The Franklin County Engineer has announced that, beginning Friday (9/27) at 8 p.m. through Monday (9/30) at 5 a.m., the 5th Avenue Bridge over the Olentangy River will be closed for bridge repairs. Times are approximate, dependent on weather.
Detour for eastbound traffic - Olentangy River Road, north to King Avenue, east to Neil Avenue, south to Fifth Avenue. Westbound motorists will follow the detour in the opposite direction.
