On November 10, beginning early morning and continuing through mid-day, 12th Avenue north of Harding Hospital will be closed for a materials delivery. Westbound traffic to North Cannon Garage will be detoured southbound between Harding Hospital and Davis Heart and Lung Research Institute. Eastbound traffic exiting North Cannon Garage will be detoured to the east side of Davis Heart and Lung Research Institute. The south side of 12th Avenue will be closed to pedestrians. Traffic control officials will be on hand to give priority to emergency vehicles and to assist with vehicles and pedestrians.
