Beginning Monday morning (12/19) and continuing through Friday (12/23) afternoon, Neil Ave., south of Herrick Drive and north of 12th Ave., will be closed to thru-traffic for utility work. Detour signage will be in place. Access to the Neil Ave. Garage will be via Cannon Drive to Herrick Drive. The roadway will remain accessible to emergency vehicles.
