On Saturday, March 18, beginning at approximately 6:30 a.m. and continuing through late afternoon, Neil Avenue at 19th Avenue will be closed to thru-traffic for a crane lift to Caldwell Laboratory. Westbound 19th Avenue traffic will be routed via Magruder Rd. to 18th Avenue. Access to the Journalism Building and Scott Laboratory docks will be maintained. Pedestrians will be directed to the west side of Neil Avenue.
