From March 13 through March 22, Neil Avenue between the South Oval pathway and Neil Drive will be closed to thru-traffic to accommodate utility work. Sidewalk closures will occur adjacent to the roadway, but pedestrian access will be maintained (signage will be posted), shifted as shown on the attached map, subject to change.
