On Monday (7/31), beginning at 7 a.m. and continuing through late afternoon, Neil Ave. between 18th Ave. and Annie & John Glenn Ave. will be closed for a crane lift to Baker Systems Engineering. Nineteenth Ave. will be restricted to local traffic only. Eighteenth Ave. will be opened for eastbound traffic during this time.
