On April 7, beginning at approximately 7 a.m. and continuing through late afternoon, the southbound lane of Neil Ave. between 8th Ave. and King Ave. will be closed for a crane lift to the Mershon Center. Signage will be in place to indicate traffic detours. Southbound traffic will be detoured east on 8th Avenue, then south on Worthington Street. The northbound lane and northbound street parking will remain open. There will be no street parking on the west side of Neil. Pedestrians will be directed to use the east sidewalk. The Mershon Center will be closed for the day, with no access to the building.
