In the News: Ohio State taking on $29M renovation of busy laboratory building

Columbus Business First recently featured The Ohio State University's Celeste Lab construction project.

Celeste Lab is one of the busiest facilities on the Ohio State's Columbus campus. As Business First reported, renovation for the lab, built in 1986, was approved for $3.9 million in professional services, including design, during the August board of trustees meetings and is included in the school's fiscal year 2019 Capital Investment Plan.

"Celeste Lab accommodates approximately 75,000 credit hours per year and delivers laboratory instruction to approximately 10 percent of the student population," Ohio State spokesman Dan Hedman told the outlet.
