Between September 17-29, Monday through Saturday, during the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., traffic control personnel will be on hand at the intersection of Neil Avenue and 11th Avenue to facilitate increased construction traffic into and out of the Postle Hall expansion construction area. Pedestrians may experience delays and are reminded to exercise additional caution near construction areas.
