On Friday (9/20) and again on Saturday (9/28), beginning early morning and continuing through late afternoon, lane restrictions will be in place for crane lifts to Ross Heart Hospital.
The westbound lane of 10th Avenue, south of Ross Heart Hospital, will be closed. Two-way traffic will be maintained in the eastbound lane with the assistance of traffic control officers. Public vehicle access to the Emergency Department and to the front of the James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute will be maintained. EMS should access the Emergency Department from 12th Avenue.
The south and west sidewalk at Ross Heart Hospital will be closed. The ADA and pedestrian detour will be from the southeast corner of Ross Heart Hospital, along the southern sidewalk of 10th Avenue past the Phyllis A. Jones Legacy Park, and northward along the west branch of Dodd Drive.
