12:50 p.m. UPDATE: A water main line break was reported Tuesday morning near 395 W. 12th Ave. Facilities Operations and Development responded immediately to assess the situation and make repairs. As a result, an emergency water outage is required in the following buildings:
- 395 West 12th Avenue
- 12th Avenue Garage
- 12th Avenue Garage Greenhouses
Traffic along 12th Avenue and the nearby CABS stop are not currently impacted. Crews continue to make repairs. At this time, there is not an estimated time for service restoration.
