Beginning August 31 through early March 2021, the area between Postle Hall and Hamilton Hall will undergo utilities upgrades to support the Health Sciences construction project. Signage will detour pedestrians around the various area construction projects.
Beginning Monday (8/24) early morning through mid January, crews will replace the roof at Pressey Hall, causing occasional impacts to traffic and pedestrians. Loading dock access east of Pressey will be maintained.
Beginning Friday (8/21) early morning through August, the Sisson Lot will undergo utilities construction in two phases. Phase 1 will close a section of the north lot, with access being maintained to the east lot via the drive lane. Phase 2 will shift to the south and will close the drive lane, with access being maintained to the east lot through the north lot.
From August 24 early morning through February, crews will replace the air handling unit at the southeast corner of Morehouse Pavilion. ADA parking will be moved temporarily to south of the Concourse. Signage will detour pedestrians around the area.
Beginning Monday (8/17) early morning through Friday (8/28) late afternoon, rolling repairs will take place on the Campbell Hall facade. Parking and sidewalks will be impacted as workers make their way around the building. Pedestrians will be detoured to the opposite sidewalks of Neil Drive, John Herrick Drive, and Neil Avenue as applicable. When ADA parking is affected, alternate ADA parking is available at the Neil Avenue Garage. Access to the building will be maintained, including ADA access.
Beginning Friday (8/6) early morning through Tuesday (8/25) late afternoon, improvements will be made to the curb cuts on 9th Avenue, south of Graves Hall. Pedestrians will be directed to use the crosswalk at the Medical Center Drive intersection. Two-way traffic will be maintained during peak hours with the assistance of flaggers.
From Saturday (8/1) early evening through Thursday (8/13) early evening, northbound Cannon Drive between Medical Center Drive to 10th Avenue will be closed. Two-way traffic will be maintained in the southbound lanes. Westbound Medical Center Drive between Old Cannon Drive and Cannon Drive will be closed, and traffic will be detoured to King Avenue. Eastbound traffic will be maintained. Motorists should anticipate delays.
On Wednesday (7/29), from early morning through mid morning, the walkway north of Prior Hall will be closed for materials delivery. Signage will direct pedestrians to south of Prior Hall.
Beginning Friday (7/31) early evening through Monday (8/3) late evening, 12th Avenue near Neil Avenue will experience periodic closures to accommodate unscheduled utility work. During the closures, vehicles will be detoured north on Neil Avenue, west on Herrick Drive, south on Cannon Drive, east on 12th Avenue. Pedestrians will be directed to use the north sidewalk. Access to Postle Hall will be maintained. The schedule as shown below is subject to change , depending on field conditions.

On Saturday (8/8) early morning through Sunday (8/9) late afternoon, the roadway east of Caldwell Laboratory will be closed to accommodate a crane lift. Pedestrians will be directed to the east sidewalk. Access to the loading dock at Scott Lab will be maintained. The Post Office will suspend deliveries for the weekend.
