On Saturday (4/25) from early morning to late afternoon, the eastbound lane of 12th Avenue by Postle Hall will be closed for a crane lift to Doan Hall. Two-way traffic will be maintained in the westbound lane with the assistance of traffic control officials. Access to Doan Hall and to the 12th Avenue Garage will be maintained. Signage will detour pedestrians to the north sidewalk.
The Ohio State University continues to navigate coronavirus (COVID-19) by taking steps to serve the best interests of our students, faculty, staff, patients and visitors. The university has assessed capital projects in an effort to increase financial liquidity until the full impact of COVID-19 is known.
Beginning Monday (4/20) early morning and continuing through Friday (4/24) late afternoon, the sidewalk around Newton Hall construction will be closed for utility work. Signage will detour pedestrians to the east sidewalk of Neil Ave. and the south sidewalk of 9th Ave.
Begining Tuesday (4/28) early morning and continuing through Wednesday (4/29) late afternoon, soil testing will take place at locations along John Herrick Drive.
On Friday (4/17) from early morning to late afternoon, College Road at Annie and John Glenn Avenue will experience a lane restriction to accommodate utility work. Traffic will be maintained with the assistance of traffic control officials.
